I would give negative stars if possible. They treated my 89yr old grandmother (who went into the office, which leaving the house is difficult enough for her) with such disrespectful it's shameful. Apparently Blue Star doesn't care about the elderly or members of our community. My grand parents have live in Crescent City for over 70yrs! They were the ones who installed the system years ago!!! It's absolutely shameful and disgusting. I hope everyone sees this and realizes what kind of company this is and that the people they hire need to be fired!!!!

My recent experience has been excellent, with Technician Ryan arriving on time and ready to reassemble my generator with new warranty part replacements which addressed some Kohler issues he diligently discovered earlier.
I'd also like to compliment manager Mike Hurst for all the consideration and assurance he provided while the genset was down.

Handled all our needs, the whole house generator is awesome. Brian, Tracy, Adam & Ryan were very informative, helpful and knowledgeable also very pleasant to work with. A great team. Ryan was stellar when he came for the last visit, got everything locked down and programmed to our preferences. Now we are up and ready to go!

The home I purchased in Brookings came with a suburban tank. After getting the runaround for several weeks from them, I started shopping around. Ferrell gas would not return my calls. Blue star answered my first call, a technician came to my house the next day.The new tank was set on the day they told me it would be. The service was great, I could not have asked for a better experience

My experience with Blue Star Gas was Excellent! We moved into our New Home in Gold Beach and wanted LP Gas put in. Contacted All local Propane services and Blue Star was the first to respond to My request to come out and give me an estimate. Exactly as scheduled Brian Stephens arrived exactly on time and proceeded to inspect our property for the scope of our request and also for safe placement of our Tank! He was extremely Professional and walked me through what and how He was going to proceed and told me he would get back to me with a quote! He promptly sent me a quote via email itemizing every item and Labor costs. He also made sure that every rebate was available to us, We received 1600 in rebates on a 4,000 Job. He installed the Tank, all gas piping to New Tankless Water Hester, New Gas Range and also to our Deck for Outdoor appliances! He also hauled off the old water tank and any debris leaving the job site as He found it! Everything was installed as first discussed and at the price first discussed! It has been 5 months since the installation and We couldn’t be happier! We would without hesitation recommend Blue Star Gas and Brian Stephens to anyone in need of their Services! Satisfied!

Blue Star Gas have been amazing during a difficult year. Not only have they provided us with consistent service at our remote Ranch location no matter the conditions, fire, smoke, pandemic; they also came through for us at our vacation home in Bodega Bay CA in a moment of need.

One Saturday our home ran out of gas, even though we had an automatic refill agreement with our now previous provider (nationwide big name company); four days later we still had no gas, in spite of numerous calls and assurances of immediate delivery. One call to Blue Star and out they came with a replacement tank and solved our problem. Thank you Victoria and Tadd, this was a memorable moment in an otherwise hard year.
