This was my first opportunity to pick up a load from here. It was fast and very accommodating. Mr Clay is an Awesome Security and load manager . His area was neat and well kept. When I got there, he came and briefed me on how to get the load going and allowed me to use his very clean restroom. Many people in his position don't exactly speak to drivers with respect. However, Mr Clay is "the Exception"!

Truck driver (flatbed), delivered steel coils today- 7/23/21. They are as slow to unload as any other industrial delivery but this unload was particularly cumbersome due to their extremely corporate rules.

Not only do they have you sign about 5 papers to enter the property, you must also strictly where all PPE. This is the rule everywhere on site, no matter what you are doing or where you are (they verify according to my company.) They also watch you detach your chains from your coil, and only let you do half of it on the trailer. So after half of your chains are off, you have to then do everything else from the ground. Which is actually more dangerous and cumbersome, but I digress.

The staff here did not stand out particularly. They were par for the course for these businesses. I had no trouble from them personally.

This site receives 2/5 stars from me because I was informed (although did not utilize) that on the dirt road entering the plant, they allow deliveries to park and there are portable toilets there.

They make you wear long sleeves outside in record breaking temperatures just so they can protect you from what I'm guessing must be the deadliest mosquitoes in the world. Your not allowed on the trailer so what exactly does long sleeves in record breaking temperatures protect you against. I'm guessing it must be those deadly mosquitoes I mentioned earlier. Does allow overnight parking which is great

Wannabe Barney Fife going around harassing and annoying hard working drivers because their sleeves aren't all the way down. Wait until someone has a heat stroke ? and yall get sued by making people put on hard hats and long sleeves.

I was impressed with the way my pre load was loaded. -1 * the plastic bags you put on the boxes are worthless when you get driving down the road. You should seal them up better.

The worse company I ever del to no provision for handicapped truck drivers an no provisions for truck drivers to unload no safety area so driver can get on there trailers I think osha an the FHDB need to b called
