Absolutely wonderful butcher shop! I’m a chef, and know great quality food. These guys have it in spades. I got their famous bacon egg and cheese sandwich, and purchased swordfish and arctic char for dinner. I knew I was in for a fantastic dinner when I unwrapped the fish and it had no “fishy” smell. Amazingly fresh! I look forward to visiting them again soon.

Great spot. We came at their closing time which I would suggest not to do. The owner is so nice and accommodating. We got an aged steak which is okie honestly but the chicken is like delicious. We spent 3 hours roast it at our camp site.

They definitely have the best cuts in the area. Support locals.

F A N T A S T I C !

I picked up a beautiful NY Strip. About 1.25" thick. It has to be one of the best steaks I ever grilled or ate.

The meat was really flavorful and so tender.

I cannot say enough about the quality and flavor.

Update (November 2024). I just wanted to update my review.

Yesterday I purchased a whole chicken and had them spatchcock it for me. I dry brined it for 24 hours and threw it on my smoker today. I don't like rubbery skin so I cooked it high heat (350 - 400 degrees). It was one of the best chickens I've ever smoked. No comparison to a supermarket chicken.

While I was there i tried a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. Without a doubt the best bacon and egg sandwich I've ever had. The thick cut bacon made all the difference.

Keep up the good work guys.

The Best place ever. My family and I love this place. Friendly and awesome people. If you want fresh seafood and meat 🥩 this is the place to go. They serve breakfast. They’re bacon, egg and cheese and sausage egg and cheese are very very yummy. 😋 we just cooked some beautiful lamb chops tonight and beyond delicious. Their burgers, steaks and salmon are so delicious too.

These guys are great! Personable and friendly. I picked up a few steaks for a guys trip and they were possibly the best steaks I've ever had. And I'm a steak guy. They helped me pick out the right cuts for what I was looking to make. All the guys on the trip loved them. I only wish I bought more!

Like the old style meat and fish purveyors of the past. I thought that this caliber of care, quality, which is consistent was a thing of the past. Truly a gem, with the highest quality fish, including Sushi grade tuna. Wow. Well done!
