The civilian workers were friendly and fast. I forgot my ID card on base yet was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Very efficient process. Clean area and friendly staff.

Painfully slow!!!! It took over 50 minutes to get a gate pass. The need to sign in on a wait list was not very obvious. The sign in sheet was not visible when you walk in so if someone already waiting had not told me about it, I would not have seen it. You need to ask at the counter for a key to use the restroom and then leave your drivers license. In a room with multiple security forces personnel they're worried about what- lack of security?

Very efficient and personable MPs working the gate. The parking lot is a little small and we had to get creative to park our trailer. Positive overall.

Boniface Gate looks really nice and welcoming. The Staff is friendly. When planning to visit, plan on spending a little time there. It's Spring/Sunmer and visitors are in. Please be patient, and Welcome to JBER!

They have good service and all but why are they lying about the toilets? I watched one of their people go in and use it and then lock it afterwards and go back out to the guard shack. But all of us have to use the porter johns outside and freeze our cheeks off. Wow. Maybe just get it fixed ?
