Not great quality for the price. Ordered 4 of their bc40 grade steaks only one was thicker than 3/4 in. If you can get wagyu at your grocery store it’s the same quality and 1/3 of the price and you’ll get an actual premium cut of 1.5 in

Very disappointed. I ordered steaks 10 days ago. They still have not shipped. I sent 2 emails requesting the status with no response. I cannot recommend these people they do not seem to have the customers interest at heart. They have my money but I don’t have their steaks.

I finally received my steaks, about 2 weeks late.

2 weeks after that they called with an excuse and said they would email me a store credit if I wanted to order steaks again. A week and half later still no email no credit.

As I stated before they really aren’t concerned about customer service.

I stopped in the Wagyu Store in Manhattan on McCall Road. Brice the young man who manages the store is phenomenal. Very KIND, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. The sample of their meat was yummy...please go check them out for yourself! Thanks Brice. 💜

Unfortunate circumstances but great customer service. Shipping snafus caused my Christmas order to be late. The BCW team did its best to communicate with me and made it right with a refund once we all knew the order wouldn’t make it on time. I’ll give BCW another try soon without hesitation.

Wow! Absolutely incredible! Highly recommend. I appreciate the fact that we have such an amazing store open up right next to my house. Yes, it’s pricey. But it’s totally worth it. Treat yourself to something you might have never tasted before!

5/5 HIGHLY recommend!!! My husband went the first time by himself and came home speaking very highly of this place and the gentleman that helped him. After eating the steaks from here I had to experience it myself! The steaks were out of this world! So today is our anniversary so we decided to splurge and get ourselves some steaks to celebrate! I have to say I am impressed with the store and the gentleman who helped us, I do believe his name is Bryce if I read it correctly ( which I hope so cause he deserves the credit!!) He was so helpful and answering our questions and his honesty was appreciated. All the samples were delicious! Of course the prices are higher than your grocery stores but they still have reasonably (budget friendly) meats but you won't regret the extra money spent!! This is our steak shop (and more) from now on! Thanks guys!!!

Chubby man with a beard didn’t even bother talking to us, I greeted him when I got in and got no response. Great products but non-welcoming employee. Had a great experience before but this recent one was disappointing.
