Kyle is the best. Super down to earth, and will always be straight up with you.
Had a red stag last year where he made awesome jerky, steaks, breakfast sausage, and roasts. Just bought some unclaimed whitetail from him today, and his meat sticks are about perfect.

Pricing is always clear and reasonable.

TOP NOTCH. My father and I have had several deer processed by Kyle and haven’t been disappointed. You can tell he loves what he does, there’s no doubt. Considering the prompt service, fair pricing, and dang good flavor, I’ve recommended all of my friends give them a try. The summer sausage he made up for me was the best I’ve had from a white tail.. I’m about to have to take some ground meat back to him so he can make more!

Great customer service, great pricing, this is a top notch family run processor that enjoys what they do. The Italian sausage is fantastic and the packaging is something I’ve never seen before. Thin sheets of ground beef that stack easily and take up minimal space. It allows for a quick thaw too. Was a pleasure doing business with Kyle.

I tried Bosque County last season and thought they did a good job, especially on summer sausage and other sausages. I like the way the ground meat is in a thin package that you can cut in four and have perfect venison burgers. Will be going back this season.
