Window was chipped on our brand new 2023 Ford Expedition due to poor load tarp ability of truck driver driving west on I-40 on 1 Sept 2023 at approximately 08:45 near mile marker 58.

The truck driver obviously knew he had stuff flying out of his truck based on his expression when we passed him. We were in the fast lane and he was in the slow lane and it was spraying dirt and small debris over both lanes. Recommend the driver / company travel smaller roads or slow down to prevent debris on a major Interstate. Additionally, would recommend the company invest in a new tarp or newer technology to prevent further damages to the public.

Will be contacting ARDOT later today to provide incident report and video. Would definitely recommend future clients consider their lack of professional services if you are considering them for work. If they don’t care for how they transport on the highway why would they care anymore about you or your services.
