Ordering process was easy, but the units took a little longer to arrive than I had hoped. Boxwell sent a representative, Alex, to reach us how to assemble the units. Alex was a great! It was really hot the weekend, but he provided great instruction and worked alongside us all day! Couldn’t have done it without him. And the units look great! We already have 5 of the 12 buildings rented in the first month!

The Boxwell units look fantastic at my facility. Laura, who sold me the units, was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all my numerous questions. Jason arrived at the facility on the same day the units were delivered to assist with the setup and ensure everything was to my satisfaction. He made sure I was happy with the process and that everything went smoothly. Jason is an expert at setting up the units! Just got done unloading 99 containers with Jason and the customer service was above and beyond. Due to Jason's extensive knowledge about the whole unloading and building process, we were able to get full shipping containers safely unloaded within 20 minutes of the truck arriving. Was very nervous going into the process but after 20 minutes with Jason you knew that any problem was going to get handled. Job well done Boxwell and especially Jason. Cheers
