I'm very satisfied with the service provided by Brad's Automotive. They serviced my car a couple times at the last second when I was in a pickle (snowstorm) and no one else could help me.

The prices are fair and market rate while the parts are high quality. Brad was able to save me a couple hundred $ on parts and didn't needlessly mark up the price, highlighting his integrity and respect for his customers.

The customer service is friendly, knowledgable, professional, and communicative. I've never had a problem with having my phone call dodged like other places.

If you need work on your car and want to do business with honest people, this is where you should go.

They have cute dogs too.

After An awful experience with a different local shop, where I left belittled and brushed off with a car that was not fixed, I reached out on a whim to Brads. They got me in immediately, fixed my car, validated my very real concerns, and charged me a fraction of the outrageous amount I was quoted by the other business.

Since our first meeting I have been back several times for minor repairs, oil changes and pre trip inspections of both our vehicles. I have left EVERY interaction satisfied with my service and with a better understanding of my vehicles.

I brought my car here a few months back to get a quote on how much it would be to fix my blower motor. They looked at my car for not even 15 minutes, charged me $80 just to give me the same diagnosis I told them it was, and then proceeded to tell me it was going to be an extra $300 to fix the car. Absolute rip off. I took my car someplace else and got it fixed for $130, no extra charges. I do NOT recommend doing service with this business.

Brad and his crew are great mechanics. I would suggest them loooong before Valor, Jim Clark, Extreme, or most of the others. Repairs are done right, timely, and at a fair price.

Shotty workmanship, I bought my car in for new brake pads and for them to check the front end knocking. They replaced a tie rod and pads for 750ish and i gave them a 50$ tip. The car was making a squeaking sound from the rear pads, bought it back and the owner seem to be annoyed i was there. one of their mechanicians fixed it. about 2 hours after leaving the sound started again. the front end is also still knocking and out of alinement as it was before, granted the car is very much at the end of its life but i think don't like having to pay 400$ for a front-end part that didn't even fix the problem. I don't plan on taking it back.

excellent service. went in for tie rod replacement, ac fix and rear differential work and they did a great job. very informative of other issues they seen while under and very price friendly for the quality and turnaround time of work. I definitely reccomend getting services from this veteran owned business. staff is very friendly as well.

My vehicle went down on a Monday morning and they immediately got me in and started working on it between jobs they'd already committed to. As an out of state traveler they showed true empathy and didn't gouge the prices to reflect my situation. Their help in finding parts(transmission) was beyond exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone who needs work for their vehicle

I called on Monday, and they were exceptional to work with my availability and was able to get my daughter's car in within a few days! The communication is great, they called me literally not even 30 mins after we dropped the car off with what was going on. In addition, when they found another small issue they called prior to fixing it. The prices are great and they were able to do all repairs in the same day! My teenager was beyond happy about that! Will definitely continue to use for all car issues in the future!
