This experience is the opposite of the nightmare experiences that many people warn about when buying a car. No hidden fees, no bait and switch. You pay for exactly what you ask for at this establishment. The team here is highly professional, efficient and courteous. We were able go in and drive off with our car in around three hours. Sales team is too notch but do not buy an extended warranty then, according to them, you are stuck with their awful service department.

Purchases a car 3 months ago and now we are left waiting for the lazy service people to get their act together act together. No one answers, they give false contradictory information within the same phone call and are honestly lazy and disorganized.

Brought it in for one thing and was told the opposite was wrong. They do not know what they are doing.

They need better staff and or management! Im so disappointed this is where i choose to spend my money!

Most importantly they didn't waste our time with the typical car buying charades of "let me talk to my manager" or "sorry, the finance office is really busy today, you'll just need to wait a bit longer." My car was a lease and I came here to buy my car outright. Everything was completed. The safety check was done. The service on the vehicle was done in an efficient manner however, I cannot begin to tell you how comfortable I felt with customer service. They kept on checking on me while I was waiting. Make sure if I needed anything and when it was time for all the paperwork to be signed, they had everything ready and I did not wait an extra second although if I did, it wouldn’t have matter because the place is so comfortable to be there. The waiting room is comfortable and peaceful and relaxing. It was an amazing experience. I will not go anywhere else as long as this place is around they treat me like I’m a king.

Getting updates was a nightmare. I called ten times a day and was either ignored or met with rude, dismissive attitudes when someone finally picked up. The lack of communication and basic courtesy was appalling. To top it off, they tried to upsell me on unnecessary and overpriced maintenance instead of focusing on the issue I actually came in for.

This shop is an absolute scam—unprofessional, dishonest, and completely disrespectful. Save yourself the frustration, the wasted time, and the outrageous costs. I wouldn’t come back here if it were the last shop on Earth., no one even touched it.
