I have to be honest, it has never come to this before, but my team and I are frustrated to our wits end on our project with Bravas. I felt the need to express that my reputation is being tarnished by Bravas’s inability to complete a multitude of things on a project that’s been closed out for weeks now. Everywhere I turn there is a loose end, and every time push for answers, I get punted to their “design team” and disappears into the ether. Change orders of great magnitudes coming in months late, requiring 4+ rounds of corrections, and constant need to babysit the management team, starting at the top.

Bravas did an excellent job of upgrading our Crestron system. After working through supply chain issues of 2022 the Bravas team installed new switches, new computer and new programming to bring our system back to an excellent functioning home management tool. Very professional.

A friend of mine has a smart home and he suggested that we'd appreciate having the technology. We selected Bravas San Francisco based on an initial call and on site visit from one of their technical staff. Based on the considerable time they spent with us, understanding both our needs for the home and controls, as well as our aptitude for dealing with the technology, they designed a system for us. One component that was important for us were shades that we could control remotely, as this home is in an area that gets a lot of sun. We wanted attractive shades that block sunlight -- but need to be able to control them remotely, as this is a part-time home. Couldn't be more thrilled with the Lutron blinds that were installed. The Sonos sound is great. Wireless is lightning fast. They even figured out, after initially saying it was unlikely, how to control the outdoor screens AND outdoor gas heaters AND pool application (all 3 previously installed for the prior owners) -- all from the central control. Throw in A/C and heater and lights and this vacation home is quite the masterpiece of technology management. We've loved every minute of the process, to the inevitable help desk interactions -- and the technicians are wonderful. Couldn't recommend these folks more highly.

Our cameras are down. No one will call back. The person we contact refuses to say if they are a Bravas employee or not. Four calls, four messages. They say we are in queue, but it has been almost a week. Don't use this company.
