The building is located at the end of the street ! Turn around in front of the building if possible and back in from the street . Make sure to walk to receiving before back in . The parking lot is very tight ( not much room to fix mistakes once inside ) ! But polite and professional staff at loading dock . Fast unloading ( once u get to dock ) . Thanks a lot

Do not order from this company if you actually want to receive the item you purchased. I placed an order on October 26th and was given a ship date. When that day came and went I reached out again after hearing nothing from the company. I was given another ship date that also came and wen with zero notice from Brenntag. After 4 times of the same I finally cancelled and requested a refund only to be told they cannot give me any confirmation that this has happened. So now I have to watch my account and hope to actually get my money back. If my company treated customers this way, we wouldn't have any.

Call center is deplorable. Worked there for
8 months and was a complete waste of time. If you are a hard worker looking to get ahead stay away from this place. Managment is horrible and the training is non existent. There is no point of contact for any issues that may arise. The main goal there is to do as little work as possible while talking about the latest Netflix show. If you are a professional stay far away from this place. If you are looking to take as many cigarette breaks as possible in a 8 hour span while complaining about a job you don't do then you'll fit right in.

Receiving office is a mess! Long long waiting time for the dock even with appointment. Park on the street, walk into the office by the loading docks to check-in. Very tight.
Second star is for - Once in the door unloaded fast.
