I highly recommend them!!! I worked with Jay and a few other mechanics and they were all amazing! They figure out what was wrong with my car and made sure it got fixed when nobody else could.
I fought with my home town dealer ( frontenac) for over a year after I already had it fixed several times for what they was the issue. they finally gave up on it, and i’m lucky they did or I never would have found the ACTUAL problem. I am so incredibly thankful for Jay and the rest of them team that figured this out. They have definitely earned my business and will now be the only ones that work on either of my vehicles!

CV joint went out. I prefer my mechanic but they worked while we were in a pinch. But I do prefer talking straight to my mechanic instead of talking to someone that talks to the mechanic for me. I don't go to a surgeon to speak to the nurse to find out what the procedure is that the surgeon will be doing.

DO NOT TRUST CHRYSLER, DODGE, JEEP!!! They ARE NOT concerned or care about you, and you ARE NOT "family". They are simply out to get you to sign a bs contract, then repo it AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!
If you want a vehicle that will be affordable and you have a real chance of keeping it....DO NOT TRUST DODGE!!!!

It was great. From the first meeting our sales person Candie Conley showing us the mini van we saw on line to the changing to a different one . The test drive with her was so comfortable and relaxing. Then going through the paperwork and the introduction to finance man all such a smooth process. Really Great experience. We would recommend her and Briggs to anyone looking for a good deal on their next vehicle weather buying new or used..

If I could give less I would. Completely incompetent and horrible service. Order part and took three weeks to call back. The first question was “do you still need work done”. My answer no I took it somewhere else. Jacked up my car during the estimate. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Much cheaper and better options in the area. They live up to the cliche of Never take your car to the dealer!!!!!
