Called and spoke to BJ about an alarm installation, he called me back with options, once we decided on what we would be doing, I called him to confirm an appointment and was ghosted. No reply, no call back, nothing. I understand everyone can get busy but it takes 2 minutes to reply and keep a potential customer.

Brought my daughter’s first car into the 21st century- LITERALLY.

Got a ‘98 Cherokee XJ for her. She wanted a touchscreen audio system/CarPlay, and I wanted an alarm system. I also had a bare headliner and stained visors and BJ was able to bring in an associate of his who specializes in car upholstery. The car was fully modernized when I picked it up. Touchscreen was beautiful and new speakers sound fantastic. Alarm and remote start work great. The alarm system he installed uses the Drone app so as a parent, I was really happy about that. BJ is super friendly and down to earth. Not a single complaint. He and his team did a fantastic job. The car looks like it’s ready for 2021...I sure as hell am 😉

Well first, BJ is beyond helpful and nice. Even after my billion annoying questions hew as helpful. As if that isn't enough, they did an amazing job with my car. My car is probably the least expensive car they had in the shop and my work was relatively minor (hard-wiring a dash cam and replacing interior bulbs with LED lights) but they still did a great job. I'm very happy. Thank you to BJ and his team.
