Super friendly, amazing prices (for what I needed, unsure about all the materials they have). The process was straight forward, but I did call prior to arriving to ensure I understood the method for safely entering the mine and properly negotiating the traffic.

All in all, I made 5 trips. The first trip took the longest (establishing the "account" for the day, which consisted of giving them my name and number, telling them what I needed and the quantity and a brief wait for the loader operator to arrive (less than 5 minutes)). After the initial "setup", each time I bypassed the scale, waving to the scale operator (single tare in, each tare out). I then went to the location of the material I needed and typically had a 1-3 minute wait. One single 5 ton scoop in the dump trailer, drove onto the scale (the far end, past the weighmaster booth, towards the mine entry side (far northern end)), waited about 1-2 minutes for my weight slip and exited the mine. I live less than 9 miles (15 minutes) away. I started my loads at 1130a and was finished by 3:30, including going to North Pole for lunch.

The next day, I simply called in and gave them my name, my Credit card number and they emailed me my receipt.

Super easy, and well thought out establishment. Thanks Brown's Hill Quarry!
