I work for an organization that is heavy on customer service and I have been in sales/customer service for 30+ years. I grow disenchanted of the lack of customer service in the world today. Specifically, representatives being prompt, living up to their word, and not having to bird dog them.

I recently had an experience with Tara M. at Buckley Industries that I wanted to share. Not only did she help solve my problem, but she was prompt to follow up with me and her word was good. She didn't always give me the "news" I wanted to hear but she gave it to me, which ultimately allowed me to solve my issues.

I believe Tara realizes that customer service doesn't always mean giving the best news, it rather means giving the information in a timely fashion and then brainstorming, if needed, on how to get a better result.

The customer service provided by the employees at Buckley, especially Tara is outstanding. She always goes above and beyond to ensure that our order is accurate, complete, and ready to ship by the date promised.
