Was recommended to use this shop by a friend and thought he was great until he did my brakes and then they kept making a horrible grinding afterwards, I called and left many messages and texted his phone trying to get him to see what happened. Because no brakes should be making noise like that. Finally when it kept getting worse and worse I went to another shop and had to drop 1800 on wheel bearings that THIS guy broke while doing my rotors and brakes. To say I’m pissed is an understatement. He never called me back, never communicated anything, his actions after claiming he needed to drive the car around a bit to make sure the brakes weren’t loud, and that I may hear some noise at first but it’ll go away with wear... Don’t look for budget work, in the end it’ll cost you more. And as a single mom this was NOT an expense I could afford.

The owner is super nice and helpful. He also fixed my car for half the price that goodyear quoted me! There's also 2 adorable shop cats that are so fun to play with while you wait!

I took my 2004 Acura MDX to get a popped spark plug fixed. I was told the spark plug had fallen to the back of the engine and that the engine would have to come out of the car. Mechanic kept saying how much space he was going to need. It seemed like he wouldn’t have enough space in the shop. He stated the car needed severe work and if he started where would he stop? In the midst of my anxiety attack he states he has a Nissan suv for 8,000 he just finished working on. I took my car somewhere else because the aaa guy said it was an easy fix from the start. I had my car within 2 days running like new. BE AWARE! Swipes NO SWiping
