A great place to come usually a lot of the good stuff gets shipped out for the holiday season pretty fast so make sure to get in ahead of time if you need to get stuff for the holiday . Great selection of steaks , sausages brats burgers and more . Highly recommend the pizza brats and bacon cheddar burgers . Also if you like cheese with a bite to it the habanero jalapeno cheese is amazing .

We have been to several meat places but as far as we are concerned this is the best meat we have had! I would recommend Burkhart Meat to everyone! The price versus what we got was amazing! The smoked cheddar cheese is to die for! The employees are very friendly and helpful!

We bought brats jalapeño and regular off the truck in hays. They were delicious. We also bought hamburger. Spot on. Bought steaks and chops and a few other things. Still have not tried them yet. But I do highly recommend there products. Pork chops are very good. Beef sticks need a warning label highly addictive. Both jalapeño cheddar and regular can’t wait to try more stuff.

Literally the best steaks, best hamburger meat and summer sausage! I have quit buying any meat from grocery stores and will only purchase from Burkheart Meats now! Steaks are juicy and so tender. Hamburger meat isn't full of grease and the taste is better. The summer sausage is lean and honestly the best I've ever had! And don't forget to get some of the smoked cheddar cheese and smoked hot pepper cheese!

I LOVE the new truck that travels around! While we do get to Kinsley, we don’t get there near enough for the amount of snack sticks we go thru! We had a great experience with the truck traveling to Spearville!

I have had steaks, hamburger, summer sausage, and a 1/2 hog. I loved it all. I love the Hillbilly bacon. Try it it's extra baconney if that is a word

I can’t wait to try more summer sausage!
! I took two goats to be processed and they were able to work them in right away. We will probably be be having them process a steer in the next couple of months.
