Purchased a water pump for my boat. It failed after one week. They immediately blamed it on running the pump dry which did not happen. Didn’t even look at it yet. Sent it back and they immediately denied my warranty claim again. This company will not honor any warranty and will claim it’s your fault regardless. Jennifer is horrible and nasty to work with. Avoid this company

Chris Lopes in particular has always given his full attention to all requests from as little as replacement parts to full project support. Their relationship with OEMs is particularly valuable in project support.

When an order is in process, Burt Process keep you well informed about the status of the order and the expected delivery time. It is always a great experience. Don't order here if you want your parts any time soon. Called the toll free number and was sent directly to on hold. Got to the sales department and they couldn't tell me the status of my order. They told me they would get back to me by the end of the day.
