This company came out to fix a single sidewalk slab but ended up trashing the entire surrounding area. They left concrete slurry runoff all along the curb and gutter, which they didn’t even attempt to clean. Not only is this unprofessional and lazy — it’s also likely a violation of environmental regulations. Concrete slurry runoff is considered a pollutant and can be illegal under both local and state stormwater codes. Now the slurry has dried and hardened in the street, with tire marks and debris everywhere. If this is their standard of work, I’d seriously avoid hiring them for anything.

Doing some sidewalk repair in my neighborhood. They left notices on all the doors about the work, but apparently didn’t bother to mention that we should move our cars ahead of time. Instead, they knocked on my door when they arrived and asked me to move it on the spot. Why not just include that in the notice so we could plan ahead? Seems like basic courtesy and common sense, but apparently that's too much to ask. I get that they don’t care since we aren’t the ones who hired them, but still. Be smarter and more considerate. This company doesn’t seem to be either.

What should’ve been a simple sidewalk repair turned into a bigger problem thanks to this company’s lack of care. Instead of containing their work, they let concrete slurry spill into the gutter and left it there to dry. No cleanup, no accountability, just a mess left behind for the neighborhood to deal with.
