I bought couple beef pot pies from the freezer section and heated them up in the oven for dinner. They are excellent. Better than those from the pie shop in town. I paid 12 bucks a piece. No cheap seed oil taste. Real buttery crust and real solid fatty beef inside the pie. It makes a quick, tasty dinner at home without the hassles of cooking for one.

They used to be great but I have had 2 terrible experiences in a row. First was in November when I ordered and paid for a ham. I was called 5 days later and told my ham was ready for pick up. When i arrived I was told there was no ham and to pick one from the case. All the hams in the case were smaller than the one I paid for. I explained the situation to the cashier. She kept telling me to get a smaller one. She didn’t seem to understand I paid for a bigger one. Then I asked if she could cut it in half to fit the fish box I was taking on the plane. She cut a third off, left it on the butcher block and helped someone else. After 10 minutes she asked her coworkers to wrap it up. They did not know how to use butcher paper and very loosely wrapped it as if a small child had done it. She was very nasty and told me the delivery people never bring the items paid for, but she had the invoice. I think she was lying.
The next time I went there I had ordered and paid for a flat brisket for
Christmas. I picked up my order without a hitch. Went home and took it out only to discover it was a full brisket with a sell by date of 3 weeks earlier. I was told I had paid for a 4.5 lb flat brisket. When I called I was on hold for about 30 minutes, finally I told them to just call me back. They did refund me for useless brisket and the non delivered ham. I don’t think I will ever trust them again.

First-time visitor. Very impressive. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great prices compared to where I'm from in the lower 48. Spiced bacon offerings are terrific. Disappointing that the Turkey Bratwurse ingredients include corn syrup and MSG. Because of that, I stopped looking at the wurst.

Called ahead and asked if they had burnt ends. They confirmed that they did and said it was $9.99/lbs

Came in 20 minutes later, they said they had no burnt ends, only whole brisket for $15.99/lbs.

Either they lied to me on the phone or the employees have no idea what they’re talking about. Either way not a good look. Won’t be coming back

Very clean store, knowledgeable and friendly staff makes it very welcoming to shop there. Great variety of cuts/meats to choose from. This has become my number one meat spot in town. Highly recommend!

My favorite place in the area for meat supply. I like that it is very clean (most important), lots of options like New Zealand lamb, aged steak and certified waygu, and friendly staff. Thanks for the suggestions when I come in.

Needed some beef fat for some venison I was going to grind for burger. Spoke with Joseph just before store closing and mentioned the sooner I could get it the better. He came in early the next morning (the weekend no less) to make sure it was ready for pickup once the store opened. For such a small order (and the time it takes to trim fat off several pieces), it made a big difference to me and my family. Excellent customer service! Huge thanks to Joseph!
