Not only were the bacon burgers absolutely amazing but the customer service is top notch. My son had an allergic reaction to who knows what yesterday and I emailed Bob’s to see if we had somehow missed seeing eggs in the patties at 8:05 PM, long after closing and they got back to me within 20 minutes with the information I needed.

This was our first time purchasing from them and we will definitely be back again and again. Thank you for the delicious dinner and quick response!

Picked up two filet mignons and Italian sausage and brats. Cooked the fillets for moms day, never had any better. Excellent quality. No more cheap meat for me!!! Great place great staff.

Got a lovely standing beef roast for Christmas. I ordered it the week before. They told me they would be busy and when to pick it up (two days before Christmas). They said there would be a line but it would move fast. Absolutely true. They have a great system . Butchers were excellent, knowledgeable and kind. Will go again

Great service and meats! The iamb shanks I bought for the first time were excellent. I braised them in a red wine and stock and you would have thunk I was a real chef.

I was craving a steak all day, on my way home from work I stopped and picked up some Filet Mignon steaks and these were the best we ever had. I wouldn’t believe it if I didn’t experience it myself. So tender & perfect. Just melted in our mouths. We will be back for more. So worth it!!!

Had dinner at friends last night. They served steak filets from Bob's..... Oh my goodness! Best filet I've ever had. I normally purchase filets from AJs. There was no comparison to Bob's.

The meat cuts were very good. I ordered 5 filets and they all had a good thickness and flavor. The shop was clean and easy to find. I was surprised when the man serving me grabbed each of the filets at 30.99 a pound with bare hands and then proceeded to use the cash register without washing. He handled the cash and steaks the same way.

My wife and I stopped in to check out butcher bobs today and won’t be coming back. The space was very small and there were about few other groups of customers in there and it felt like the older lady at the counter was a little overwhelmed. We tried to look around at what there was but felt super rushed. The employee was burning holes in the sides of our head with her eyes while repeating “I can help whoever’s next” despite us saying that we were still looking more than once. All of the wares seemed incredibly expensive, there was a pack of 6 ice crusted frozen scallops that were 36 dollars. Ny strips for 26 dollars a pound. Tenderloin fillets were 38 a pound. I couldn’t believe how overpriced everything was, and there wasn’t even an indication of what grade the beef was (that I was able to see at least I might have missed it due to how rushed we felt). They don’t do any sort of by the case deal or anything either. When we told the lady behind the counter we were actually all set she told us to have a nice day which would be great if how she said it didn’t feel so snarky, (so sorry for inconveniencing you by just looking). I get they don’t know I live in the neighborhood nearby and they could have gotten a lifelong customer but I will just continue going to Sam’s club for now for my meat. I’d much prefer to support a small business but not one like this.
