They charge you top dollar for mediocre work at best. We have had so many issues for a new build and for the money spent to the point its compromised my health. We aren't even a year moved in and the amount of repairs we already have had done has been insane for ANY home and as I write this I'm looking at my ceiling where a nail is working out through the paint, the carpenters left staples or finish nails not punched down all the way so you feel it in the carpet and seamlines are very noticeable, their job with the stairs was terrible- carpet wasn't even fully secured to the steps, the kitchen faucet was never even secured all the way (you need a specific tool which we ended up buying and doing so ourselves), windowpain failed, the roofers left nails all over the roof, and had an issue where we ended up getting water and replacing a whole wall in our bedroom, there's a growing gap in our flooring, I could go on and on. Drywall guys - not good. My understanding is the dad is good but whoever we got- son and friends- not good. Their paint guy- amazing. His work is on point and so was the gentlemen that did our siding, porch and patio. From jump one of the subcontractors had broke some glass of our entry fixture, but no one claimed it however I know who it was. Had major issues with our garage door on the track, It's just a lot. It's like tract home quality for a custom price. I really wish I had looked at reviews prior to us giving the greenlight to this Company. It was a fight from the start. The woman they had bring all the stuff to me to pick out, never mentioned to me that certain countertops they carried cannot handle heat contact, etc. She lied saying I never told them how or what for several things when I had and I had seen her write it down, etc. We never received the revised blueprints. It was just a nightmare across the board. It's just a real disappointment especially when you know the owners are faith based and supposed to provide honest work. I feel like everyone was just trying to blow through like this was their side project they didn't care about, and again, if we paid a tract home price, I'd be less annoyed but we paid A LOT of money to be so disappointed. We have plans to add to this home in the future and best believe we will be going with the Russian outfit to do it.
I don't like leaving negative reviews because I like to believe people are inherently good, but this just isn't ok and those considering home builds in the future have the right to know. I think the owners mean well but I really think they need to vet their employees better and subcontractors better.

Leave job site a mess. Poor construction practice. More concerned about quantity over quantity. Leave generator running all through the night on empty job site all week only send someone to refuel said generator then leave. Slow work pace. Poor people skills. Park trailers and equipment on roadway blocking traffic rather than job site. Run equipment late into the night. No respect for surrounding property owners. Wouldn't hire to build an outhouse.

Crews running equipment past midnight disturbing entire neighborhood, continuously blocking road with equipment rather than place in on the job site very unprofessional.
