What an absolute disaster of a company. Their defective kiosk charged me $40 for a bottle of water and piece of cheese and I can't even get in touch with anyone for support. Their live chat automatically closes when you request to contact someone and their email inbox seems to be unmonitored with no response after sending several emails requesting for assistance. It is blatantly clear there isn't any consideration for the end consumer from these clowns. Anyone working with or associated with this company should be embarrassed by this transparent con. As a customer, if you see one of their kiosks either avoid it like the plague or smash it to pieces to save everyone else the trouble.

So after I’ve made attempt to come to a amicable resolution the Confounder Megan finally reaches out to ask to get in a call .. and states the contingency is intake down my review , still have not gotten on. A call and certainly won’t have my right to free so each as a negotiation piece. I caution you extremely to beware of this company how they do business and the corporate bullying tactics they use to intimidate people. Who in the world wants to partner with them . It’s like a bad relationship an ex that won’t go away and is still using your name or credit to be successful.Complete rip-off , they literally asked me to unscrew the fridge and rig the door to use the fridge without their machine , I purchased the machine and it was made clear the technology it makes is separate but they don’t even have a tech to take the wire out of a 500lb fridge file a complaint do not partner with them

I called support and no agents. As far as I can tell, the technolgy allow you to buy from vending machines, but when I bought a $4 item, I was charged a dollar for the convenience?
Nowhere on the vending machine did it say $1 charge for usage.

How wonderful. I used one of these machines at the Infinity Hotel in the Marina district, and it was such a convenience to have. Stumptown Coffee, Harrmless Harvest, Sukhi's and Dosa Indian food, gluten-free lemon bars. It was priced very close to retail—as opposed to a movie theater—so I ended up buying from it several days during my stay. I travel often and wish this was at every hotel I ever stayed at! I wish this company well!

Less than one star! Made of cheap Chinese parts that easily break and fail. Employees are overworked and underpaid. Zero customer service or tech support. Find something worth ur money

Twice now I have used Byte at work and gotten charged for additional items that I did not take out of the refrigerator. Not only that, but there is also a frustrating lack of customer support.
