I had a really old roof that needed to be replaced. I got a new roof, it looks nice, and no leaks. I went with this company because they were recommended by the company doing my siding, and they were able to coordinate with them for flashing, etc. The issue I had was that my air conditioning unit was left uncovered. When I got home from work. I discovered a large amount of debris, including nails in my unit and on the blades. I spent over an hour cleaning it out so I could turn on my A/C. (This was September so it was still hot). Before I started cleaning it out, I texted the owner, who said they still have a final clean-up to do, and to leave everything to them. So I just started cleaning it to get it done. The second (and final) day they propped a sheet of plywood over the unit. Would have been so much easier if that had been done day 1.
