We purchased a trailer here. Within a few months, we were having issues with the pump motor. We called and asked about taking a look at the issue. They asked for photos of the model number of the engine. When we didn’t hear back, we requested a follow-up on the engine. When we did get a call back, they proceeded to say we must have damaged the motor in some way and they would not provide a warranty. When asked if they could send someone out to look at the motor to make that determination, they declined and stated they don’t have anyone that does that at their shop. So, we found a certified Honda motor repair shop and discovered it was a minor issue with the new motor. Normally, we would have just gone on our way and not bothered to write a review, summing it up as poor business practices. But, we noticed one of the four new tires went bald right away. We found there is an issue with one of the brakes locking up on the trailer, causing one tire to bald quickly. We are taking that to another local trailer shop to make the repairs. This business fabricates trailers but has the inability to service them, and the warranty provided with them is worth less than the paper it’s written on. (Note: There were numerous other issues with leaking valves that they did come out twice to replace parts.) We luckily have the financial resources and connections locally to get things fixed. I’m writing this review for contractors or anyone who may be on a budget and cannot afford to deal with a business like this. I believe this business was ran well at one time, we were referred by another contractor that did business with them years ago. From reading another recent review from another customer, I believe perfectly illustrates the undesirable experience.

SO very unfortunate. DONT DO IT! Red flag they want you to pay upfront. Second red flag, they don’t have normal business hours (didn’t inform me of this) and wanted to charge me extra after i scheduled a driver to pick up custom trailer build to pick up on a thursday at 3:00pm (and threatened me that I would have to pay them for staying late.) And insulted me telling me I only bought a base model and they could resell it easily. Just so obnoxious and rude I walked away. Clearly a problem from the top down.
