Wow! Five stars doesn’t seem like enough! I’m so impressed with Scott, Maria and their crew! I called them for an estimate to replace the windows and siding on my house. Scott and Kevin showed up within a couple of days and once they verified hail damage on the siding, they climbed on the roof and checked that too. They also found hail damage. So instead of paying for siding out of pocket, as we expected to do, we made a claim with our insurance for it and the roof. Maria worked with my insurance company and they agreed to pay for both! I am amazed that Scott and his crew came on Monday and finished the windows, siding and the roof by Thursday! Scott was here everyday making sure his crew did everything with perfection. When I had questions, he had answers. I’ve met so many neighbors because they are coming to tell me how beautiful my home is! If you’re looking for a professional, honest and efficient company, this is the one!

C Property Restoration is hands down the most genuine property contractor I have ever dealt with. Chris and Kevin are straight shooters and don't beat around the bush. Two weeks ago, their team replaced my entire roof and patio roof on my back deck. The city inspector approved it, and so did I. They cleaned up properly and even pulled a couple of weeds for me (seriously). It was high-quality work, and I didn't have to pay until the job was complete and I approved.

Kevin is awesome! He worked with us and our insurance company every step of the way after a hail storm, to get us a new roof, gutters, screens and garage door. Hope no more hail claims, but I know who to call. They do other interior and exterior restoration work as well.

So good! I trusted Kevin and Scott based off a friend referral and so glad I did. We live overseas and have a home in Denver that needed new bathrooms, kitchen renovation, electrical, floors refinished, paint and a whole lot more. They did everything and communicated with us every week with photos and details of the progress. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Simply amazing and I would recommend them to anyone I care about. Maria has good relevant style, great communication, and really cares about what she does.
This was exactly what we needed and worth every bit of what we paid.
It’s very difficult to renovate a home while you can’t be there at all. This team was a blessing!

We had thought we had some damage to our roof and requested C Property Restoration to come out and take a look. We had previously used them to replace a roof on our rental property and had a wonderful experience. I can't say enough good things about Kevin and this company. Kevin was refereed to us and after our first call he was at our house within hours talked us through the whole process and answered any and all questions we had with patience and grace. When the day finally came to get our roof replaced all of the workers were professional and clean. They were at our house for over 12 hours, when they were done there was no evidence of their work. We are beyond pleased with Kevin and C property restoration and would HIGHLY recommend them.
