I purchased cable rail braces and brackets, including 4 braces for my deck stairs. Each stair brace was a different height with a different hole placement. Tom was amazing. He somehow detected an error in my measurements and called me from work on a Saturday to double check the dimensions. He was right, and made the correction on the spot. I was a little concerned about shipping from CA to Upstate NY, but every piece was hand-wrapped in protective paper, and then shrink-wrapped together so they arrived in perfect condition. We're delighted with the end result. I highly recommend Cable Art Incorporated!!

Cable Art staff were very patient and helpful in design assistance and order placement. The cable guard rail compliments our deck and we love the way our deck looks. We regularly get compliments on the cable guard rail. The cable system provides the safety needed while leaving the view unobstructed and compliments the deck very nicely. The installation was not hard with the proper tools, don't take shortcuts. You have to think about what you are doing and take your time. I forgot to install one sleeve on one post, but will repair that some day when I get the time, or not. Most people would not even know that I missed the sleeve and it does not seem to be affecting the installation at all. I will attempt to post a couple of photos if I can. i strongly recommend.

CAI was recommended to me by a friend when I was looking for cable rail stairs. I was doing a very large house renovation and the gang at CAI was the most professional, reliable and most rewarding part of my renovation.

They are close to 90 mins away from me but were here again and again to measure, show me samples of the word done so far, bring back the stairs to make sure they fit correctly, install them and then even check up on the paint job!

The stairs are still the main item people talk about when they come into my house. They look fantastic and really are the centerpiece of my home. I also love the good memories of them when I see them.

You cannot go wrong with them. They still answer my emails when I ask about random things like cleaning, maintenance etc.
