Genuinely the best customer service I've ever experienced! The prices are great, the people who work there are so nice, and the variety and range of plastic/epoxy products they sell should be anything you ever need.

Giving them one star is too much! Took my boat in fall of 2020 they did not start work on it until spring of 2022 although they repeatably said that they would begin on it "right after their current project". I provided a project list up front of repairs and modifications that I needed to have done, they estimated $20k - $25k. In August of 2022 they said that they had spent $20k and were only half finished. When I asked for an itemized list of what the costs were to finish the work they refused to provided and itemized quote and said that they didn't want to complete the rest of the work and I had 10 days to pickup my boat. The work is incomplete and it cost twice as much as they quoted to get the portion of the work done.
I thought Steve was a reasonable guy to talk with, however the overall result is these guys strung out the project, promised to do one thing and were unable to complete the work. I clearly would have been better off going somewhere else.
Good luck, but beware doing business with CAC Plastics!!!

So frustrated after trying to make an order with this place. I've called every couple of days for 2 weeks, stopped by once and still can't get anyone to take my money! Starting to feel like I should just order from a big box stores instead of this local company. Customer service is definitely not a priority!

Edit: I eventually did get ahold of these people and they were really nice and I got my plastic in the end. Buuuut when I ended up needing more for my project later, I went with the craigslist guy... So much easier to deal with!
