This is the second Cadillac vehicle we have leased/purchased but our first from Pasadena Cadillac. Absolutely satisfied and impressed with the customer service we received. We drove in from the Inland Empire after having been in communication with our sales rep, Raul. The process was transparent, timely, and professional which is a rarity in this industry. All of those involved, from sales to finance and management, were courteous and kind. We felt valued as people and customers. Thank you to everyone at Pasadena Cadillac for a great experience. I was sold what was supposed to protect my paint and it doesn't work like advertised, spent 1,000 on something i could have done for less . I called and requested a refund because i was told by a service representative i could be reimbursed.Im still waiting on the call back from someone after more than a month.. Hopefully you publish my review and don't hide it .

Jesse and the Sales team at Pasadena are a class Act! I have never experienced exceptional customer service when purchasing a vehicle. To the contrary, I felt completely confident that I was getting the best deal! No antics, no added fees, completely transparent and I truly felt they had my best interest. Jesse sales style is suburb and provided peace of mind! We had an amazing experience and the BEST customer service today when purchasing my husband's new caddy at the Pasadena Cadillac Branch. We will never ever go back to Nissan dealership. Nissan lied and misled us about our lease, but the general manager, Johnathan Kyle, at the Pasadena Cadillac Branch, was on it and handled everything with the necessary paperwork so there wouldn't be any hiccups. Also, the sales person assisting us was Mr. Cham was professional and understood that our time was important and made this a smooth transaction. Thank you, Pasadena Cadillac. If you go ask for Johnathan Kyle, you won't regret it. We are part of the Cadillac Family now NISSAN SUCKS!
