This is SAD!!! Arrived at 5am....checked in...almost closing time and still have not been called to a door...make sure you have everything you need before coming here. Office ladies are rude and unhelpful. Try not to bother them God for bid you ask them about your load.

I've pick up load at this location several times and never had a problem. The orders are loaded within a reasonable amount of time. Sometimes times it takes a little bit longer than usual, but hey that's part of hauling produce. The girls at the shipping and receiving desk are courteous, so be patient if you have to pick up or deliver here because they have a lot on their plates just like us drivers.

I sure do appreciate that the have a nice drivers lounge with a TV area, vending machines and a microwave (please keep it clean). The only downside is that they do not allow overnight parking. Hope this help and be safe y'all!

So impressed with the customer service. Arrived early (5:30 am) for a pick up, and an employee who was passing us on a fork lift, took time to cordially speak to my hubby and me... Proving kindness is not a relic! TYJESUS

People here r awesome plenty of room for back called to see if I could come in early and yes my order was ready n there.. got in checked in on the pad n by the time I got back to my truck they were calling me with a door. I think u can park here over night.. but not sure.. will ask and update this comment. But there is truck stops n truck wash places about 8miles up the road right off 99.

Very easy going. Check in, get door assignment, usually loaded within 2 hours. Can stay parked there for a little bit of need be too. Only 4 stars because the dust is out of control...

It's a streamline place for pick up and delivery. Drive in and park. Walk to shipping office and check in via tablem mounted on wall, instructions provided. Wait times vary. Otherwise these folks know how to run a business. Clean and orginized. If you're not getting loaded or unloaded there's a legitimate reason why.

My appointment time was 11 am I called them around 4 in the morning and ask if they can load me . They said yes just sign in we will give you door right away
