This was my first time visiting this facility, and while the location is clean and well-maintained with two truck scales, my experience with communication and procedures could have been better. Upon arrival, I wasn't familiar with the pick-up process and when I asked, I was simply directed to the warehouse without much explanation. Once inside, I was asked to make a U-turn and back into the facility again. After doing so, I was approached by a different employee who asked me what I was picking up, and I was then redirected to another building on the opposite side.

While the process involved a lot of back-and-forth, I do appreciate the efficiency and politeness of the individual who loaded my truck quickly and explained the next steps. However, there seemed to be some challenges with communication across different teams, and a bit more guidance could have made the process smoother.

This is just my personal opinion based on my experience during this visit.
