Bobbie at the front desk made me feel like family. Called me by my first name as soon as I walked in the door due to my company reserving the room due to weather and I70 shut downs.
Room was clean, nice and just what a guy needed after a 17 hrs behind a steering wheel. The shower was hot.
Great Mexican restaurant across the street too. That is for another review.
Thanks Bobbie. And the lady with the Jersey accent was pleasant too.

This hotel was clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was not made-to-order but it wasn't continental either. It filled our bellies and had enough variety and a spacious eating area to make it a pleasant experience. The staff was courteous and efficient and always available. We would stay there again.

I liked this hotel. I stayed here with one of my friends last week for a conference.
It was nice. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was really cool. I was excited to see the big fridge and stove, not only that but the cups and other kitchen utensils. The hotel room we stayed in was very homey. The bathroom was really clean as well. The people that worked there were also nice. The only part I didn’t enjoy was we had some smoke smell in our room coming from the vent. Great thing too is they got there parking lot done! Overall it was really nice and comfortable and I would stay there again!😊

This place is awesome! From the manager to the front desk, to the maintenance and cleaning staff, they are the best! Very friendly and professional.

I HIGHLY recommend this place. It has everything you want for a family or a long term stay. The only thing missing is a pool, but if you are there for a long period (i.e. work) who swims?

Ms. Rose’s warmth made breakfast enjoyable by always greeting us with a smile every morning. Ms. Marietta’s kindness at the front desk made our stay seamless. Their outstanding hospitality truly made me feel at home. Outstanding service!

Staff was very friendly, though I only met 2 of them. Good coffee. Free washer & dryer. “Gym” was austere- typical of most hotels claiming to have a gym.

We had a resv and they refused to give us the room we paid for since it was past midnight. I say okay, I'll just buy a room for the following night so we can sleep, because we drove 8 hours from CO, have 2 cats with us, and a Uhaul. The lady didn't expect us to say we would pay for the next night, but saw she had vacancies and reluctantly agreed to book us. Then she smiled with such glee and said she couldn't book us because 'their internet was down.' I travel for vacation and work frequently, and never have I witnessed such disrespect at a hotel.

If you want a great place to stay for a fantastic price this is the place. You will not go wrong by staying here the staff are wonderful people to talk to and to work for you. They are very knowledgeable about the area around you for places to dine, and places to visit Junction city is a wonderful place to visit or live.
