Arrived at 0745 for a 0900 appt; 2 pallets, unloaded and out with paperwork in hand by 0850.

1 pallet…been here over and hour with no one else in doors. See them come out for smoke breaks a few times and they see me but act as if I’m not here. Spoke to them twice and still nothing. Lady told me just wait she said first come first serve…looks like I’m the only one here and they don’t want to unload one pallet. They guy just been sitting there for a while talking on the phone.

There is overnight parking but they have a fcfs policy that they ignore I aarived at midnight and when they opened in the morning they put my at the end of the list even though other drives all told them that I was first to arrive I was the last truck offloaded stuck there till 1300 which messed up my next stop and left me stuck for an extra day not happy with this place let’s hope there Recieving will improve

I am the only truck here 2hours plus waiting in the door for them to tell me to open doors. Maybe the guy is having a bad morning but we are in this together.
