Cardinal Honda always has great service with a smile! Tyler, my sales person, met me right at the door and remembered my phone call from days ago. We did a test drive within the first 20 minutes I was there and got paperwork prepared in a very timely manner. It’s such an easy and friendly experience every time and that’s why I keep purchasing vehicles from them! It’s my 6th vehicle purchase from them and I recommend them to all of my friends and family!

What an easy new car buying experience. The engine on my Hyundai, that I was planning on driving for another five years at least, suddenly died on me. Things like that are never easy. However, Cardinal Honda employee Tyler Henton Made selecting and purchasing new car a breeze. He was friendly, knowledgeable about different vehicles, most importantly, the only person I had to deal with. There was no haggling, going back-and-forth checking with managers, etc which is a process none of us likes to go through. We will need another vehicle for my husband and will definitely contact Tyler to help us selecting another car. Highly recommend.

Derek my sales rep was amazing, very kind and helpful, on the other hand the financial manager wasn’t to great, can remember his name, he didn’t give us options for the loan, he just let us know that he got a loan, when I ask him about interest rate he seems to be annoyed, I asked if he try other banks he say no because no body was going to give us a better rate, I asked him to try other banks anyway and he didn’t look too happy, “according” to him he did try afterwards, I was thinking this is not my first rodeo buying cars, I didn’t want to argue with him because even if I have accent I don’t think with accent and I know about numbers and what a good interest rate is. We have good credit we should it get something better, anyway I’ll be refinancing with my bank, we walked out with an almost new (5k miles) beautiful Nissan Altima 2024, I dislike when people think than im Stupid, honestly I don’t know if to recommend or not this place, just feel bad for people Who don’t know about interest rates and things like that, that fact is not trustful

Terrible manage ment clearly dont put the right people to work on their cars they lie and make up excuses my civic type r was in there for months issues after issues they created they dint do a proper aligment my tires got ruined and they would not cover them even doe it was their fault i have picutres of everything even conversations lol my car have been there more them is been in the rode the scratch my wheel dint fix it broke studs on the turbo housing dint install it right turbo was making noise damage the turbo they dint fix it when the tech herd the noise with me they “did” aligments but the dowels from factory were still there so it was never done right plenty of bolts loose they damage my control arms beatinf on them they dint fix that all was brung to managers attention sad part is i have every messege with the tech service advisor and manager with proof
Dont take your car here i also have proof of techs not changing parts on cars and claiming they do lol go to westbrook honda better

My first service appointment for my 2023 Honda Accord Sport L Hybrid was excellent. Friendly staff. Comfortable waiting area with complimentary coffee, water and a variety of snacks. A 1976 Cardinal Civic dragster in the showroom was very cool. Plus they pay tribute to the Submarine Capital of the World in Groton Connecticut along with the submariners who served. I did not buy my car here and I was treated well. Highly recommend this dealership.

I recently purchased a 2025 Honda Passport through Nicole and I have to say it was a great experience. She was knowledgeable and caring and allowed me to test drive several cars to make my decisions. I had a not so great experience at another non-Honda dealership and which caused me to look towards purchasing a Honda. Looking back, I should have started at Honda instead. I'm super excited with my purchase. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

We just purchased a Honda Accord Hybrid from Cardinal. Cam was the sales rep that helped us through the process.
