I had no real problem with management while there. Although For about 8 months I thought I had Lyme. I did not. I had massive headaches that nothing stopped. I would lay on the floor of my office unable to do anything. I had just renewed my lease and shortly after that moved out. Paid for the entire second year. Don't know if apartment was rented during that time. At some point after seeing several doctors to no avail it want away on its own.

I never thought it was the place but in hindsight I now wonder...

Poisoned a child with lead so bad they required hospitalization, lying directly to us about facilities and hours, and they deleted the maintenance request system from the tenant portal so nothing can be fixed. I have yet to see a single soul in the property management office despite the hours being "9-5 monday-friday". They're getting exactly what they deserve with the tenant union lawsuit and I sincerely hope the owner is penniless at the end

Renters beware of this place .......very bad. Mold in units and a property Mgr that is a person who makes alot of promises that she never follows thru with. Then when you move out all kinds of bogus fees so they can take your money..... They are concerned about reviews don't let them fool you they don't care about their tenants at all

Do not rent from these people... the buildings have very dangerous levels of lead and they knew it and still rented it out to families with young children, the apartments were done as cheap as possible, walls leak ceilings leak and omg the floors are original mill factory
floors... Un even, holes in them and just down right gross... please do your research when even thinking about living here.. management is awful never answers the phone, puts your rent in the system late even though it's paid on time... people please save yourself and your children and look somewhere else

Sure the mgmnt at Cargill falls is really only concerned with reviews, when you live there they make promises and never follow thru. Don't rent from them!!!!
