Nice selection, but really disappointed with service after the sale. Ordered hanging baskets, one arrived with no hanging chain. The process to get it replaced took over a week (have to get this approval or that approval) and had to contact them numerous times, even after they committed to contacting us. When the replacement for THE PIECE THEY FAILED TO SEND was finally approved, we asked for the shipment to be expedited, which they promised it would be. Now, a week later, we're waiting for the piece to arrive on the UPS slow boat from China. Could not be more frustrated and disappointed. Will not use again in the future.

Just wondering how this obviously fake company that makes the souls for " good feet store " that claims to have all souls made in America and has nothing to do with retail stores, has reviews for " other " products and no website to order from 🧐 Nice picture of the plant btw 😉 is that off tom n Jerry or the Flintstones

I ordered 2 hanging planters which showed to be in stock online. I received an email a few days later that said they only had one in stock in the color that I ordered. I selected a different color and have now been waiting for a month and I still don't have my planters. When I asked about the delay I was told that they were moving warehouses and the products were on transit trucks. The products look nice, but don't get in a hurry to receive them.

NO STARS! I've waited over 2 months for the product, prepaid $2,000 and when they scheduled the delivery (twice) it was a no show. Then once delivery was scheduled, they said they couldn't deliver to residential which they knew all along because we are in a high rise apartment. Now they won't refund the $217 shipping. Terrible customer service. Not even worth 1 star 🙁
