We recently had ice damming on our roof, it cause our roof to leak all across our living room. When carpet masters showed up, they saw this was a big problem, and immediately called Mack to get him out to my house to assess it. During a massive snow storm, roads out and bad, Mack and his team were at my house fixing the problem. The leak wouldn't stop until the ice damming stopped, and Mack brought a massive diesel heater, hooked it up to my gutters, and furnace blasted because he knew he couldn't resolve the issue until that was gone. His team was here well after hours working their butt off. I'm a former contractor myself, and I was VERY impressed with the work ethic and the time and attention he gave me. He also was friends with Mark Devin who he recommended for the drywall and the painting. Mark was on time, direct, honest and straightforward. Drywall, mudding, and painting was on schedule. Only issue is the paint number I had didn't match the paint on the wall, it was very close, 100% not their fault. They're finishing the painting to match the whole room just to make it right. Mack and Devin are busy guys because their work is solid, just know you're blessed if you're able to get them to come work for you. It's been incredibly stressful dealing with water damage and not having a living room for weeks, but thanks to their efforts it's back to normal. I'm very impressed with their work ethic. Call them first if you want to be treated the right way and have the work done right with integrity.

I had the pleasure of using Carpet Masters of Kansas for the clean-up of a bad storm this year. The communication was great, you can tell the owner is genuine and doesn’t want to price gauge, rather he wants to retain you as a long term customer. Would definitely recommend this location!

Carpet Masters is the real deal. They are courteous on the phone. Scheduling was easy, pricing reasonable & they go to Herington, KS!! Brandyn, their tech, showed up on time & did excellent work. He was friendly & informative regarding all of the services they offer. Delightful, experienced, knowledgeable young man!

I had 4 area rugs I wanted cleaned after moving to a new home. Carpet Masters arranged pick up on a Friday afternoon and I had them back less than a week later. The rugs look fantastic, like they are brand new.

I had my carpet steam cleaned and it looks great. Believe me there was a lot of pet stains. The carpet cleaner was on time his name was Ronald Wilson he was very polite and explained what he was using. He was very professional and did an excellent job my carpet looked great.I highly recommend Carpet Masters. I will definitely call on them again !

If I could give 6/5 stars, I would.
This company is highly skilled and professional at what they do but yet personable and down-to-earth making a stressful situation manageable. We had a bad sewage back up covering a full basement of apartment building. Mack and his team arrived immediately and starting work/clean up right away. Assisted me during the entire clean out/claim process. Customer service is second to none. I don't think I could have received better assistance from any other company.
I highly, highly recommend Mack and his team at Carpet Masters for any emergency clean up work needed in the area.
100% will recommend and will be a return customer in the future if needed or for their other services.
