A friend and I went to Carrabba's wine dinner event last night and had an amazing experience! From the moment we were greeted at the door, everything went right. The tables were set beautifully with fresh cut flowers and the service was top notch. Dinner started with a pinot grigio and a shrimp salad with a fig vinegrette. I mentioned that I don't eat shrimp before the meal started and my server brought me the salad with chicken instead. It was amazing because I didn't even ask for it! I will say that fig isn't normally my favorite flavor and I normally prefer red wine to white, but this combo was a wonderful surprise. The second course was another delightful pairing of chardonnay and lemon ricotta chicken rigatoni which ended up being my favorite combo much to my surprise. The pairing was light and refreshing. It was so good I had to sip after every bite! The third course was what I was anticipating the most, and it didn't disappoint. The sirloin with gorgonzola was paired with a light and fruity Valpolicella. I had never tried this wine before, but I will certainly buy it again! It was a great accent to the delicious savory steak. The evening wrapped up with a smokey flavored pinot noir and chocolate budino which reminded me of a rich, moose like pudding. The smokey wine and rich chocolate was the exclamation point to a fabulous evening. I can't wait until next month's event!

We attended a wine tasting four course dinner, and it was phenomenal.

I never really understood the concept of wine pairing until this event. The different wines complimented the dishes perfectly.

The service was amazing, with dietary restrictions being accommodated and everything being presented beautifully. Bryant and Will were amazing.

I will definitely be attending another tasting event.

I was a part of the bimonthly wine dinner and it was such a blast! Four course meal and unlimited wine as well as a fun atmosphere and raffle for $60. Well worth the price! Not to mention the food was outstanding! Will definitely be back

My husband and I went to the Wine Dinner last night (3/11) to celebrate our anniversary. Our servers, Jamie and Will (I think), were so friendly and helpful! T.C. was fantastic also! The food was great and we definitely plan to do another one!

I was finally able to bring my wife to Carrabbas. I've heard so many great things about this place that we had to give it a try. I went with the Chicken Trio and my wife chose the Fettucine Carrabba. Everything was piping hot and delicious. My server Torie was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. We will definitely be back to try the other items. The manager, Ann came by our table to check on us and she made sure that we ended our dining experience with the Sogno. This was definitely a great experience from start to finish.

I had the pleasure of being served by Tiffany S. during my recent visit to Carrabba’s, and she was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She made sure our drinks stayed full, checked on us at just the right times, and had such a warm and welcoming attitude that made our dining experience even better.
