My company used to get a particular thread from New Bedford Thread. Carwild Corp bought New Bedford Thread the week after I had placed my order with New Bedford. After inquiring about my order, I found out about this change in companies and was directed to a "customer service" person at Carwild, Trudy, who emailed me a word document with very few questions on it. I answered the questions and asked if they needed anything further. Trudy, the "customer service" director forwarded the email to another person in the office with a very insulting "WOW - she thinks this is all we need to place an order!" That person in the office actually forwarded me the entire email thread so I saw that comment. This is an extremely unprofessional company. I was caught in the middle of a simple request and just needed to complete my order, but instead was treated poorly, given no help or assistance and was even insulted in the process. The "customer service" team should be embarrassed and Trudy should not be the Director of customer service if she regularly makes snarky comments about customers when she thinks no one is watching.
