4151 Sunrise was advertised as a total tear down. When I bought the property I decided to renovate. I asked neighbors for contractor referrals capable of restoring the entire house from ceilings, to walls, to baths, kitchen, floors, tile, etc. Cask was highly recommended and I liked the owner Calin from the start! The work was done in a timely fashion and they were professional and just great to work with! Take a look at our photos. Where we started and where we ended up is truly amazing thanks to Calin and Chad at Cask! They are consummate professionals. I highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These guys are awesome. They came in ahead of schedule, under budget, and got everything done right. They helped me build an interior inlaw suite (bedroom, bathroom, laundry room) and man am I glad I went with them. Explained everything on every invoice and I really feel like I got exceptional value.

My wife and I are very pleased with the quality and timing of the whole work: splitting a ~19’x20’ bedroom into two bedrooms, and converting a bedroom’s closet adjacent to an existing bathroom into a new bathroom.

With a baby on the way, timing was paramount. As soon as the permits got unexpectedly approved so quickly, Cask Construction rearranged their projects to accommodate starting on our project with as short notice as 2 days just to give us time to pack and leave.

The project got done to a point where we were able to move in by the week we got our baby, and we are very thankful for that. The rest of the details were sorted out while we were living in our house with the new additions.

Looking forward to doing more projects with them.

How lucky I feel to have found CASK Construction! After being ignored and forgotten by our former contractor, we weren’t sure where to turn. We didn’t know if that was the kind of behavior and relationship to be expected from a contractor. And then a friend suggested CASK. From the first interaction, I knew that they would be the right builders for us. They were prompt and responsive, professional and courteous. Calin and his team were amazing to work with. Through the whole process, from the estimating to the drawing to the permitting and finally to the construction, they kept us informed and made us feel like we were part of the project rather than clients to be “handled”. Nothing was too small for them, and if we had concerns or issues, they were always available and patient. Ours was a fairly large project - we added a new primary bedroom suite (including a walk in closet and bathroom), converted an old garage space to a play room, renovated the kitchen, and installed new flooring, doors, and paint throughout. Perhaps we got lucky, but we were only out of the house for a few months, and I attribute that kind of fast work to the quality subcontractors and vendors that CASK works with. They were all professional and courteous and tolerated my visiting the worksite daily. Overall, we are so grateful to Calin, Chad, and Mike for their hard work and easygoing natures. We love our home and appreciate that we can rest assured, knowing that they did an exemplary job.
