We used Catskill for our home renovation. New kitchen counter tops, 3 bathrooms vanity tops and two bar tops. Rob and Patricia made picking out everything so easy from slabs to remnant pieces. They were so attentive and patient with our many questions and material changes. The product and service were such a value. I am so happy with how everything came out. Highly recommended!

Catskill is an excellent company to do business with. Our kitchen cabinet installer works with Catskill and highly recommended them so we went to take a look at their products. What an excellent selection of natural stone, quartz and other products. Robert was very helpful in helping us understand the differences and properties of each stone and the pros and cons. Never pushed us for an upsale but just shared his knowledge so we could make an informed decision. Joseph who did the templates was courteous and quick. There were a couple of hiccups but Joseph came out to address a small flaw in the stone by filling the slight pitting we found (we understand it's a natural stone so we were happy Joseph was able to apply a fix we were happy with). They also made a slight error with the island counter top but they came back less than a week later with a replacement top that was perfect. We worked with this company several years ago on a custom counter top for our master bath and their quality has stayed true all these years later. Would highly recommend.

Catskill Granite was a pleasure to work with. Robert took a tremendous amount of time to help us choose the stone and understand all of the choices such as edges, sink, measurements, and installation. Pricing was excellent.

Initially they are very nice and have a large selection and their prices are great. However when it came to the install one of the counter tops corners were poorly cut. They immediately took it back to the shop and fixed the entire front edge. Their customer service once the initial install is done is really poor. If the job is not complete in there originally scheduled time frame it is next to impossible to get them to come back out to the job site. Do you really have to stay on top of them and make sure that they stay to their tight schedule also be present and take extra care and supervising the installation they will try to cut corners if possible. No pun intended.
