Darrell, Stacey, and the whole team nailed it like they said they would. We appreciate the quality of service provided, the consistent communication from the project team, and of course the quality of work produced.

Throughout the project we were very pleased with the work the team did. They worked efficiently, completed phases early, kept the job site clean/organized, and worked well with the other subs on the project. The project team was very responsive, and the weekly updates kept everyone coordinated and on time, which we greatly appreciate!

This business needs to replace whoever answers the phone and works front desk. They do NOT answer calls , only decline them. I called the phone number for this business almost 20 times (during normal hours of operation) and same issue . Still no answer, straight to voicemail. Not a good way to gain new customers at all . Rude , lazy , and VERY unprofessional. Will not be using or recommending this business.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. These guys are one of the few steel suppliers in the area and they know it. Bought a 60"x30" piece of 11 ga steel in Phoenix for $64. These guys charged me $154 for the same piece of steel. Unfortunately I had no choice since it was an emergency situation. They knew it too. Even there receptionist when she took my money asked both her boss and I "are you sure?" Stay away.

Steel structure is fine, the details are bad, sharpe edges on the corners of the building and windows, some steel beams not painted. They made mistakes that they are not willing to fix. Workers not there when said they would be, some days they showed up and did little or no work. I would Not recommend them.

Horrific lack of customer service. Called ready to proceed with a project and was so put off by the poor demeanor and negative attitude of individual in the estimation department. I will not be pursuing this or any future projects with this company.
