Our recent experience working with CB Signature Homes was fantastic.
My husband and I are Real Estate Agents who brought our Customer to CBS Homes and we worked with John Dewitt, the Listing Agent. He was very responsive throughout the build process of 4 months. And the final walk-throughs of the property were impressive. Chis, the Walk-Supervisor did an excellent job familiarizing our Client with the new home.
The Company is well organized in the scheduling of Contractors and Supplies. The quality of their workmanship, along with competitive pricing of their product, make CBS Homes a pleasure to work with!

We absolutely love our home! We had nothing but good experiences from start to finish. The quality of the house is amazing and we are so glad we decided to use CB Signature as our builder. Corie was very open to our ideas and we were able to get exactly what we wanted, even adding some upgrades and changes later in the process than is normally acceptable. We would 100% use this builder in the future if we were to build another home.

We were in process to purchase one of their homes on Cheyenne wyoming. House was to be done on 2 months. After signing paperwork he started he needs 15k more for material increases, we also need to go through his mortgage company. We passed on the Entire deal since the house was over priced and looked like poor quality. I would not recommend this builder. Also, they still have the house listed at the original price. So the next person will go through the same material price increase as us. Bad business practices. Appears fraudulent and scammer.

I would not reccomend this builder. We had already sat down with the owner Cory and had picked out our home and did all the upgrades we wanted to do. We brought our own realtor as we had been working with him for two years. Cory's realtor contacted us three weeks after we had signed all the contracts and had already been told they were going to hold the lot for us with 2000.00 down and said we had until the end of March to sell our home and then proceed to tell me the way we were selling our home was not ethical and he didnt feel that our home would have the equity that we would need to put down on the new home which Cory's realtor had no clue of our finances or what kind of money we had in our account Come to find out the builders realtor had someone interested in the lot we were told would be held for us. So moral of story Cory's realtor John wanted to make the commission instead of our realtor. I would suggest you go to Besslar homes that's what we did and have had nothing but nice helpful people and not someone trying to push us around.
