My husband took of work to meet plumber on Tuesday. Plumber didn't have what he needed with him and rescheduled for Thursday. Why would you come to a jobsite unprepared when that information is all given at the time of the call. Plumber shows up Thursday 9:30am brings in the concrete saw, plugs it in. Says he forgot something and will be right back. Plumber returns at 1:15pm, leaves again at 1:26pm without saying anything. His tools are still sitting in our bathroom and it is now 4:16pm and we have heard nothing from him. We are leaving shortly for a basketball game. I should have been to work after lunch had he came and completed the job. Instead I missed a whole day of work and am still waiting on the plumber.

Two people came out one person did the work while the other talked to use the whole job took 2min got charged 130 bucks for two people so if a worker comes out for a min or 30 sec there sure guaranteed to charge the min 80 dollar service charge which they don't tell you up front.... Being a new customer your suppose to know if u dont agree with ur bill to talk to billing fyi future customers 😉 i know now but a dollar short techs are ok but the bosses have no disregard of the customers concerns it's really just about racking a huge bill and sticking it to the customers!!!! Won't be a returning customer.

Outstanding customer service! From the secretary to plumber Brian.. I would recommend them above any other company! After waiting for Months to have a main house drain issue fixed & having contacted 2 Iola based companies, I called CDL & they came to review the issue within 24 hrs, even though was on a Friday. Had it fixed by the following week. Awesome! Thank you all so much. Highly recommended!
