I've been here one year and I love it. Yes, there are issues with bugs at the light poles outside but I put a bug bulb in my porch light and that keeps them from my doors. There are black water bugs that try to get in but I spray my doorways and that keeps them out. These are beautiful apartments with great appliances. The electric bill is low and I love it here. I've never had an issue with management or maintenance. 5 STARS!

The manager is known NOT to give back deposits! If something is wrong with the apartment, they will act like it's your fault, and that you need to pay for it. The lights near the apartments attract ton's of flying bugs in Summer, apartments are crawling with bugs, water stands in apartments when it rains a lot. I left the apartment in perfect condition and of course the manager found a so-called reason not to give me back any of my deposit!!!!!!!!!! Rubber backing on door missing, bugs always crawling in my apartment. There is so much potential, but the place is poorly ran, and I would really like to know what the manager is doing with the deposit money! Many tenants have heard she goes on a lot of vacations!

My experience at Cedarbrook Estates was horrific. The previous acting manager did nothing about the mold and sewer problems in my apartment..101. He constantly put his hands on me and again, nothing was done. Now, you have a new property manager that does not have a business degree in management. She fraternizes with tenants. I have pictures of text messages from her to another tenants phone, that I pay for. She discusses confidential information with everyone. Recently, she made false accusations against my son and a few of his friends, which falls under falsifying of a document and defamation of character...which if she had a business degree, she would know this. RENTER BE WARE...THE PLACE IS NICE, RENT IS LOW, BUT THE OVERALL COST IS TOO MUCH... YOUR PRIVACY. I will not stop until the @@@@@ is fired and everyone at her church knows the reason why. Several of the tenants that are there now have apps in at River Valley Homes...HMMM...IMAGINE THAT.

Nice place to live.the manager they have now is great, the maintinance man they have is good too! Went out of their way to get furnace working, came back 4 times to fix it right! Found out it was wired wrong! Had bad circuit board too!
