Customers should beware of the other reviews that mention misdiagnosis and poor communication, as well as just general horrible customer service. My fiancé and I have been taking both of our cars here for years. However, we both have recently had horrible experiences and will never return.

After spending over a thousand dollars to have my car fixed, the same exact issue arose almost immediately. After bringing it back in, I was told that the new part had failed due to a much larger issue with the car that they couldn’t fix. I would have to take it to the dealer and it would be very expensive. With regard to my car’s age, I would have absolutely not spent the $1000+ to get my car fixed had I known there was a much greater problem and the threat of failing parts would continue. I was furious that I had spent so much money to essentially not fix the problem. I let them know about my displeasure. Moreover, on the initial visit, they forgot to perform an oil change for which I was charged. When I pointed this out on the second visit, they performed the oil change and said they hadn’t charged me for the diagnostic, so it was all even. This type of oversight when you’re being charged hundreds/thousands is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, my fiancé had an even more horrendous experience. After getting her car “fixed,” the same exact issue happened and she was told it was a “new” issue due to a different problem. When she questioned why this wasn’t detected and why it was behaving in the same manner, she was given flat, condescending non-answers without any thorough explanation. It was stereotypical mechanic speak to confuse customers in order to keep charging them more. Furthermore, when she came in to pick up the car, she was told that she was always a problem and that she could never come back. When pressed to provide an example of another time when she was a problem, he was not able to answer, because he was of course making it up. To make matters even worse, Centennial said they did a full diagnostic. However, after having taken the car elsewhere afterwards, a whole host of other problems were detected, including serious issues with the brakes. They were unsafely negligent, either willfully or incompetently.

Given that we both questioned the service we received, although I did so more aggressively, it’s hard to ignore that my fiancé is a woman of color. It’s highly suspicious to me that I wasn’t told to not come back, yet she was. Make of that what you will.

Listen to all of the other negative reviews, and take your business elsewhere. You will undoubtedly receive subpar and disrespectful service across the board.

Dean got me in next day for servicing and listened to my concerns. Work (oil change, etc) was done quickly and was informed of costs before & after work was done. Mechanics are polite and thoughtful and everyone was so friendly.

Update ***

william "billy" green. the owner has continued to drive by my house, stalking, harasing and taking pictures of my house and vehicles. If your reading this review trying to decide to use this business, i would recommend otherwise

*

Billy the supposed owner has been stalking me driving by my house the last 3 days as he admitted over the phone to me and to the local pd. I cant say this enough... there is something wrong with billy and you should avoid him and this business. Paid a arm and a leg to get my truck fixed to only break down 24 hours after i got it. Doing the exact same thing it did before i had them work on it (replace the motor). So i gave them a call immediately and left a voicemail. That voicemail and a personal message i left with dean there service manager were never responded to. After that i noticed they replaced the driver side axle rather then the passenger side. After crawling around trying to figure out how to get my truck running i noticed countless wires dangling around the engine bay. A heat shield they said they would replace was mangled and you could see the exhaust manifold studs... the exhaust studs were obviously weathered and not new... they charged me for new exhaust manifold exhaust studs... after reading thru the bad reviews it is apparent my situation is similar to others situations that have done business in the past. So being out of pocket for a repair thats supposed to be under warranty. (They never purchased the engine warranty) and not getting a response from the business i filed a dispute with my cc. My phone call was returned from billy almost 4 weeks after i left messages for him to call me back and 3 weeks after i filed a dispute with my cc. He was angry, argumentative, threatening and even had the audacity to tell me i must not be to busy cause my work van hadnt moved in the past 3 days... so i filed a police report and im getting a protection order against billy who is the supposed owner but the public business records come back to a Dana. So if hes the owner why is the business not in his name. I have a feeling its because he has done things like this in the past. Do yourself a favor and drive down the street to somewhere else brakes plus would be a better choice smh I forgot to say they also pulled down the headliner. Just gets worse the more we look. Also this business shares the same logo and name as a horrible business that was in aurora

Dean, Reed, and their team were very kind to my boyfriend and I. We were passing through on a road trip and experienced issues with my Mazda; the issue was not able to be resolved by Centennial but I still appreciated all their help; they took us in on short notice, they helped us find a place to stay since they needed more time to work on the car, and they offered what resources they could to help us get around Louisville. I cannot express how thankful we are for Centennial! Thanks y'all!!!

Centennial, Dean Kallas, and team have a commitment to excellence.

Sometimes my maintenance need is easy, such as an oil change or brakes. Other times, such as today, I ask Centennial to "find the noise". There has always been trust thst my best interests are considered.

A professional manner; knowledgeable mechanics; fair & reasonable fees;speedy work and highly communicative, but most of all, sheer perseverance to diagnose the more difficult and optimally repair.

Brought our two Honda Accords to get the AC recharged with refrigerant. Made appointment via website, dropped off vehicles and work completed by noon. Fair price, no nonsense!
