Guy came to fix a leak on WSRSBO “he” installed and didn’t bring actual tool to fix it. So he had to meet a guy half way from payson to my place which took 2 1/2 hours for a tool he should have had, only to charge me hourly labor to pick up the tool from his buddy. He charged me 5 1/2 hours of labor for a 20 minute fix. My wife asked about the charges and Brandon just told the guy to rip out the fix unless we paid the $1100 for a leak in between two 90’s. Avoid this clown and his offspring that fell far.

I had Central Az Drilling come out and drill my well 23 years ago was very satisfied. I called them out because of some problems and they replaced my pump. Was very satisfied with the work Alex and Bob did. They were efficient and professional and stayed to make sure everything was perfect. Price was very reasonable hope there around in 23 years form now if I need them

Called them first thing in the morning, my neighbor (bless him!) gave me their number. The very pleasant office woman asked for my number so Brandon could let me know when he was coming. Seemed like I had barely hung up when I got a call from Brandon saying he was in my yard!

Long story short- prompt service, worked very hard & did a great job. Was very impressed with Brandon, he knows his stuff! And was professional AND personable to boot!

I had thought that maybe my well pump had gone out. I called to set an appointment to have my system checked. When I told them what was going on they talked me through some checks on my pressure switch. Turns out the line to the switch was frozen. They could have charged me for a service call. This is how true customer service should be. They made a customer for life.

Brandon came out here and said he could tell by hearing the pump that it was broken. It would be $1,200 for a new pump. They were just here last year and put in a new pump. He was wrong. So he comes out and charges me $125. Two weeks later no water again. Brandon comes back out takes two minutes to switch some wires that he had switched and wants another $125!. I told him I'll give him 75.00 for coming out here, but not 125.00. So he went back in the well room and tried to rip the wires out so my water would not work again!!!. And then told me he knows the other pump company and will tell them not to come service me! Worst customer service ever!!

Brandon did an amazing job when my pump burned up in Happy Jack. He was out the next day to replace. Like a dummy, I installed a Micron 5 filter and the water pressure was low. I called him and he trouble-shooted the problem over the phone.Told me to install nothing less than 35 micron filter. After 19 years, I have never had such great pressure ever!

Brandon and his crew were great. My well stopped around 10:AM . One of Brandon’s workers showed up quickly to diagnose the problem. Brandon showed up soon thereafter. They replaced the well pump and the well was up and running that same day. That’s what I call service. A+
