I had a great and fast experience today. Staff was nice and attentive. Of course, I did my part and made sure my gear was clean, dry and GTG. If you do your part and behave like a normal human being you will never have issues at any CIF

They are very eager to not help soldiers.
CIF denied me service because I couldn’t get my ATRRS info, that’s because I got accepted into my school 4 days before shipping date, and so my information was not reflected into ATRRS yet.
Had to spend more than 500 out of pocket.
No wonder why everyone leaves the army.

CIF has gotten much better over the years. Waiting time has dramatically been reduced. Staff have become very understanding to include that they too can make mistakes - on-the-spot corrections. Pretty awesome.

During my final turn in today my appointment time was delayed about 15 minutes (which is not a problem at all) and when I reached the counter for turn in Richard was extremely sincere when asking if I had a long wait or not, which in my experience with past CIFs that was rare. The rest of the turn in Richard was very organized and streamlined. Keep up the great work!

Undercover Boss- I decided to see for myself what my Soldiers have to go through.
Last Friday, I had the opportunity to see for myself the outstanding service and Professionalisms of the “turn in” staff at CIF. I watched as one of the employees, Jason Harris, calmly instructed a Soldier on how to Dry his IOTV and explained why he couldn’t take it in damp. He never raise his voice or was unprofessional to the Soldier, even after the Soldier continually tried to turn in dirt and damp gear.
Mr Harris helped the Soldier by advising him how to acquire a loss report by his local chain of command.
It was also great to see that the staff worked together to Expedite the process. Praises to Joe, Jason, Dave and Mr Hernandez .
I also witnessed Ron, one of the managers their, conducting leaders rounds in the area.
Overall it was an outstanding experience and a relief to see that This CIF is not like most I have encountered in my 22 year career. It’s full of veterans that still care for their battle buddies in uniform.

Haha good luck. They're basically like *oh noo. You have a microscopic bacteria if the left pocket 3 inches deep... I guess you cant leave post for 17 more years. But nice try. Also. Dont call, we wont awnser."

I'm surprised they have 2.7 stars.

They should have people clean their equiptment 9 months in advance in a spotless airlocked facility.

Way too high of standards for being in the middle of nowhere kansas.
