I cannot say enough good things about Chad and his team. They are very professional and thoughtful. Chad does not vary from his bid, and I knew I could count on him bringing things in at the reasonable prices that he quoted. He will of course always agree to upgrades but then you have to pay the difference. Chad and his team always checked with me about various items throughout the process if I had any questions. I have had Chad and his company remodel my previous and current home. He is one of those really good guys who is very easy to work with, does a professional job, and is very responsive to questions or concerns. His crew is very talented, creative, friendly, prompt and does a fantastic job of cleaning up the site at the end of each day. When I have more remodeling projects I will definitely go with him again.

We want to thank Chad, of Chad Hoh Construction, for providing great service in a timely manner, when we had a crisis at our business.

Chad was extremely helpful in repairing a water leak at our coffee shop on Newport Ave., in Ocean Beach. The line that was broken was our main supply to our espresso machine and coffee brewers and water was pouring into the shop.

He was walking his dogs when he noticed condensation on our windows and opened the door and asked if he could help. He attempted to shut the water off but all the shut off valves were not working, including the main water service. Chad crimped the leaking line to stop the water flow, which by now had 2 inches of water in almost the entire shop.

He was able to obtain all the materials and repaired the leak, while the water was under full pressure, and had us up and running in record time. We were closed during the repairs.

We cannot thank Chad enough for his professionalism and concern for our business.

We just moved from out of state into a house in North San Diego County that had extensive work done 2 years ago by CM HOH across bathrooms, foyer, kitchen, etc... All I can say is that the workmanship and attention to details was absolutely awful! Fawcet in the shower has the valves misconnected so that hot is cold and cold is hot! The tile grouting is uneven and sloppily put on and is not even bathroom tile (they went on the cheap and used foyer tiles with wide grouting spaces). The beveling and evenness on the corners is basically non-existent on the tiles. And worst of all, we have inherited leaks in both showers that could have and should have been prevented by proper sealing of plumbing fixtures and grouting in crucial areas. Now we have to take everything out to deal with the leaks! This work is inexcusable and will cost us tens of thousands of dollars to correct with a contractor that actually cares about quality and doesn't cut corners! If you care anything about quality and workmanship, do not use these people! This type of shoddy work would never fly in our home state!
